Throughout his career, he has held key managerial roles at industry-leading firms, including Creo, Eastman Kodak, X-Rite Pantone, and Epson Europe. Across Frank’s professional journey, he has demonstrated enthusiasm and talent for launching and expanding initiatives, guiding them towards enduring success, and fostering remarkable growth in new projects and products. 

Jim Collins

Vice President of Global Sales at NedGraphics and Optitex

Jim Collins brings over 30 years of experience in the CAD/CAM business for textile-related manufacturing companies such as Cutting Edge, Gerber, Zund, and Lectra. He held leadership positions there, empowering the sales teams to surpass their quotas. He has been involved in the digital transformation of numerous companies by implementing digital solutions to their textile manufacturing systems, and helping them achieve their digital transformation goals.

Albert Vilar Mateu brings over 20 years of leadership experience in global operations and project management, driving complex business initiatives to success. Throughout his career, he has led high-performing teams and enterprise-wide business units, demonstrating expertise in process management, operations, and strategic execution. Albert has been recognized by leaders, clients, and peers for his ability to mitigate risk, streamline operations, and balance financial performance with exceptional employee and customer experiences. His track record of optimizing teams and advancing business strategies has made a lasting impact on the organizations he has served.

Slavena Kiryakova

Vice President of Marketing at NedGraphics and Optitex 

Slavena Kiryakova brings two decades of progressive marketing expertise gained from her tenure with esteemed international companies across Europe and North America. She specializes in merging data analytics with creative marketing to drive growth, enhance brand recognition, and improve customer engagement. Since May 2021, she has led diverse marketing teams at Constellation Software, demonstrating her adept leadership. Her educational background is well-rounded, with degrees in Textile Engineering and Public Administration from a top European technical university, and a Commerce degree focusing on Marketing and Data Intelligence from Concordia University, Canada. She also holds a SAS certification in data mining and business analytics.

Slavena’s approach to marketing combines technical skill with creative insight, fostering innovation and precision in strategy execution. At NedGraphics, her leadership is shaping a forward-thinking marketing landscape that leverages data insights for impactful storytelling.

Elton Koeberg

Vice President of Customer Success at NedGraphics and Optitex  

Elton Koeberg, with 25 years in Customer Success and Technical Services, is NedGraphics’ Customer Success Vice President, specializing in pre-sales, professional services, project management, and technical support, aligned with sales initiatives. His recent focus on customer success has deepened partnerships and enhanced customer journeys. Elton has held leadership roles at global giants like IBM, Diebold, and Epson, where he combined mentorship with strategic growth initiatives. His analytical approach has driven transformative improvements, benefiting teams and customers alike, making him a key player in NedGraphics’ commitment to customer satisfaction.

Paul Smithson

Vice President of Engineering at NedGraphics and Optitex 

Paul Smithson, Vice President of Engineering at NedGraphics, has a proven track record from his tenure at Avecto, ResponseTap, AppLearn, and Catchpoint, successfully bringing stable and reliable software solutions to market. He excels in recruiting, building, and leading diverse, high-performing teams. A staunch advocate for Agile methodologies, Paul excels in building and leading high-performing teams, emphasizing talent development and empowerment. His technical expertise spans from C++ desktop applications to cloud-based SaaS web development. With over a decade of senior leadership experience, Paul has delivered enterprise software to global clients across various sectors, including finance and defense. At NedGraphics, he leads the engineering team, focusing on innovation and excellence.

Jody Bender

Director, People Operations

Jody Bender is an accomplished human resources leader with nearly 15 years of experience building and scaling people operations for organizations navigating growth, transformation, and global expansion. Throughout her career, she has developed HR functions from the ground up, helping businesses create strong organizational foundations while fostering an engaging and people-first workplace culture.

Prior to joining NedGraphics, Jody led a global HR team supporting employees across 15 countries for a technology services provider. She also managed a team of fractional HR business partners serving organizations across the technology, media, biotechnology, and consumer goods sectors. Her experience includes leading the people integration strategy for more than ten acquisitions within a private equity-backed organization, ensuring employees remained supported and engaged throughout periods of significant organizational change.

Jody is a certified Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR), Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), and SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP). She holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Houston and is based in Colorado, where she continues to champion people-focused strategies that support long-term business success and organizational growth.

Jameson Glosnek, CPA, CA

Director of Finance at NedGraphics and Optitex  

Jameson Glosnek brings more than 10 years of finance experience. Holding a Bachelor of Business Administration and a CPA, CA designation, Jameson’s background includes public accounting at BDO and PwC, along with roles in the software sector at Moneris – Canada’s largest payment processor. He joined Constellation Software 5 years ago, and presently, he manages the finances of 8 business units within Fog Software’s TAAR portfolio, showcasing his adeptness in navigating intricate financial scenarios and aiding in the achievement of strategic objectives.
