In order to log into the NedGraphics Customer Portal, users need a username and password. Only customers with a maintenance contract have received this information. If you have lost your username and/or password, please contact our NedGraphics Service Team. Kindly notice that if you contact the Service Team, you need to provide your hardlock number. You can find this number on your USB (purple) or parallel (black) hardlock attached to your system.
