Sales Manager, Western Europe
NedGraphics, the world’s leading textile design software company, is looking to add an experienced Sales Manager to its ambitious European team. In this newly created role, you will be responsible for expanding our business in Western European markets.
As part of a dynamic international organization, whose long-standing clients represent the world’s leading fashion, home furnishing and floor covering companies, you will be tasked with driving growth by building strong relationships with our existing clients and acquiring new customers.
You are a self-starter, with an entrepreneurial mindset and a disciplined approach to sales, adept at managing client relationships and uncovering new opportunities. You have a demonstrable record of success in technology sales, preferably in the textile or related industries.

Responsibilities
- Prospect into mid to large sized companies while managing an efficient sales process, primarily in Western Europe (Germany, Benelux, France and Scandinavia)
- Expand relationship reach and depth into existing and new accounts
- Negotiate favorable pricing and business terms by selling value and ROI
- Construct sales pitches and presentations (in person and remotely)
- Advance opportunities through a defined sales process
- Collaboratively leverage internal resources, both international and domestic colleagues to expand deal side and value to the customer
- Provide price quotations, suggest product to meet customer requirements for their project and ensure orders are properly finalized
- Acquire and grow industry and product knowledge
- Participate in industry events by attending trade shows/association programs
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related field
- 5+ years of direct and channel selling experience with track record of success
- Proficient in English and German, spoken and written. French is a plus
- Prior experience in the textile or home furnishings or related industries
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills, comfortable with “C” suite with track record of closing deals
- Ability to interact effectively with employees and leaders at all levels
- Experience in working with and influencing other people through exceptional management, interpersonal, written and presentation skills
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well with little supervision
- Ability to report and forecast effectively – knowledge of HubSpot a plus
