Textile group Rubelli S.p.A. (I) launches
NedGraphics enables Rubelli to offer unique customer services and sales tool.
Rubelli and NedGraphics have worked together over the past twenty years in the field of CAD CAM technology. At the time of the launch of LOFT in 2009, Rubelli expressed an interest in being a launching customer in order to support their vision and strategy in the textile industry. The company recognizes that in addition to supplying top level textile products in terms of quality and creativity, they must support their customers – resellers and agents – in their sales and marketing processes. The LOFT customer experience engine allows Rubelli to offer a showroom experience anytime, anywhere with the full collection, offer customers the ability to demonstrate various textiles on the customer’s desired real object through the unique LOFT 3D scan technology and extend their client services offering with tools to offer superb imaginations of their full range of textile on any object of choice to their end clients.
Andrea Favaretto Rubelli, Chief Executive Officer at the Rubelli group states: “We are acutely aware that in this highly competitive industry we need to offer more than our unique products. Our goal is to add to the traditional ‘brick and mortar’ showroom concept by offering our customers a modern tool-set which they can access anytime, anywhere across the full width of our product range. The LOFT customer experience engine maps this strategy and we are therefore delighted to build on our longstanding relationship with NedGraphics by becoming a launching LOFT customer”.
Pieter Aarts, Chief Executive Officer of NedSense enterprises n.v. states: “We have always experienced that Rubelli is a frontrunner when it comes to deploying new technology in their industry. It therefore made sense to start talking to them as we were mapping out our LOFT specifications. The LOFT toolset will enable them to bond even closer with their customers through the quality of the sales process, which hugely empowers the resellers, agents and designers. We believe this project is the cornerstone for a new dimension in our partnership and we are honored to work side by side with such a reputable firm, that understands how to marry tradition and innovation in a convincing manner.”

|About Rubelli S.p.A.|
Rubelli, the Venice company currently run by the fifth generation of the Rubelli family, designs, produces and sells furnishing products, above all fabrics. Strengthened by a wide and diversified product range, permanently positioned at the high end of the market, Rubelli, with its five brands, is a key player on the international interior design scene. Production is carried out at the mill it owns in Como, a true research lab for the development and optimisation of new and exclusive fabric types and where, alongside cutting-edge machinery, eighteenth-century hand looms are still in operation. Company-owned showrooms in major cities in Italy and elsewhere, together with qualified agents and distributors, guarantee extensive distribution worldwide.
Rubelli fabrics decorate private homes, international hotels, world-renowned theatres, castles and museums. The Rubelli name is also linked to projects aimed at adding value to the artistic and cultural heritage, in the name of a textile tradition and a love for art that have always been a part of the history of the Venice group.
